Nadine Allen

I started at North Hill House in 2019 as the Training and compliance Manager, responsible for supporting staff with their continued professional development and mandatory training. My role included working with our inspectorate body, CQC to ensure that we met the standards of compliance.

During that time, I worked closely with David Smith(our provider) and Jimmy McCosh (Clinical Lead) to learn more about the running of the home and in October 2021 when David Smith retired, I took over the position of Registered Manager.

I have worked at North Hill House since 2008.

We have an excellent reputation for providing very high standards of nursing care but most of all we are all very proud of the warm, friendly and homely environment we have created here.

David has owned North Hill House Nursing Home since 1994 and has since introduced North Hill Homecare as a community service in 2010. David continues to oversee both services.
